We purchased a compressor in 2019, very solid build. There were some issues along the way but they stand by their products and ensure whatever support is needed they are there to provide a solution. In 2025 we bought dual head vac for the office, double the power with a spare head for redundancy was less then the quotes we were getting from Patterson for the most basic single head vacuums. We have appreciated the refurbished equipment that we purchased form American Dental Refurbishment during pandemic times here in Maryland. But on top of that, they have been extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we have had since that time. Even now, 6 or 7 years later, Peter gets back to us right away with helpful suggestions about maintenance or parts or whatever question we may have. We are grateful for their help! Getting great technical support from humans is definitely appreciated! 5 stars!
Delivery took some time, but Peter, Mark, and the team delivered an outstanding product. Extremely happy with the quality and final result.
Pete was amazing. I’ll admit I was a very difficult customer and he handled me with care. His work is excellent. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for chairs or delivery systems. Mark is also a sweet heart!
Peter kept making promises on delivery date that he could not follow through with. When they were delivered, it was in the back of a van that smelt like pure cigarette smoke. I have emails where Peter promised a partial refund due to several issues. When I asked what the status on the refund was, our office never heard from him again. We do not recommend. Customer service is horrible.
