I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the American Dental Centers facilities in NE Ohio (Chapel Hill, & Elyria OH) The entire staff is always friendly and personable, the prices are very reasonable, and my personal dentist Dr. Balaze is incredible. The only dentist on earth I have ever had that can give a Novocaine injection without any pain. 5 stars in my book!!

I had too return several times just for them to tell me they couldn't find my dental work, and could they reschedule me. When the doctor was finally able to give me my mouth guard, he did such a horrible job, my 5 year old niece could have done better. I was waiting for him to say come back this is just a rough draft, but no I had actually paid $400.00 for this. I will never go back there, it was the worst experience I ever had!! The one star is for the receptionist who was very nice. The doctor is very under qualified.

Yes Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

I had a 'special' that ADC refused to honor unless I came back for additional services. They did not tell me that until after I spent the time in the waiting room, xrays, and waiting for the doctor. They did not show me any xrays - just told me I needed additional work - and only after I came back for the additional work would they provide the discounted cleaning I had already paid for. Extremely cold, callous staff. Terrible experience

Yes, it is very conveniently located
