I called this week and had a boat load of questions about the work that I need to get done and the lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful and did not rush me so l hope she is there when l come in to get my work done l think here name is Rachel or Rechel but she was so helpful
If it is possible to have a negative star, this center deserves worse than a negative star. The staff are unprofessional, most especially the ladies at the front desk there. I attempted a treatment with a simple procedure in January and i was told to come over a weekend. When I got there, i was there was nothing they could for me that day and i would need like 4 more visits for a single procedure. Each visit mean, you pay some ridiculous charges.
