I had appointment this morning first elevated breaks down. AND Even though I signed in at the front desk they called me on the cell phone while I'm sitting in the office ,so the snotty receptionist tells me that I got to pay $45 for for upgraded crown . I'm Irish eyes doesn't pay for what's needed. I'm like, what ?
