I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance very unprofessional. The day of the appointment was told dentist don't see anyone with braces.... when ask to speak with the office manger she's unable to speak with you was on hold for over 40 mins....
My father just spoke to one of your representatives named Wilka at the Commack location and I was appalled at how disrespectful she was. I heard the whole conversation on speaker phone. My father just retired this month and was confused about what he was originally told at his first appointment in June, because your offices have been dragging out his procedure until he is no longer eligible to have it done. I had appointment this morning first elevated breaks down. AND Even though I signed in at the front desk they called me on the cell phone while I'm sitting in the office ,so the snotty receptionist tells me that I got to pay $45 for for upgraded crown . I'm Irish eyes doesn't pay for what's needed. I'm like, what ? Why didn't The person that called to inform me my crown was approved , tell me that I need $45 fee before I get here . cause she is in the do I informing the client about services I'm told!
