I think I need to preface this wall of text by saying this is the first time I’ve EVER felt compelled to leave a review about a business online. I am doing so for the sole reason of hopefully helping someone else avoid the situation I was put in. First I'll give you the outcome of my last visit to American Dental Care. Debbie, the office manager, attempted to bill me for procedures that were 100% covered by my insurance. She demanded $350 out of pocket even after being called out by my insurance on the phone. My children and I have been using this office for many years. Have received excellent care for cleanings, fillings and a crown. The dentist has always gone out of their way to make sure all dental work is done well. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
