I’ve been visiting American Dental for a year now, and it has been an amazing experience! The entire team is so professional, and my dental health has improved tremendously since I started coming regularly. I began with visits every 3 months, then moved to every 4 months, and soon I’ll be switching to the standard 6-month visits — a true sign of progress! Plus, the office has an incredible view of Lake Michigan, which makes every visit even better. Highly recommend!
Loop Location - Nice office, always trying to upset something, feels very corporate, not personal, my particular Dr. Was very bad, pushing upsells, not willing to make her own decisions, trying to make internal referrals that were clearly unleaded and im sure linked to a bonus structure, but most of all when I came in with 10 out of 10 pain she was unwilling to help at all, wouldn't even write a prescription for antibiotics even though I was insistent that it was infected, just tried to pawn me off on the end of honest and p... read more
