I ordered wings (see receipt). I get fries and even giving me the wrong item no ketchup. This is second time door dash has been given the incorrect order so I posted. I am the one that loses out because I don’t get the food and all they lose is me. So I paid 19 plus fees and tip for fries that I could not eat and decent cheesesteak. Kind of sucks
The chicken in my order was undercooked, very soft with visible pink inside. This is a health concern, especially because my minor children consumed the food. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told to bring the chicken back for a refund. I explained that I did not want a refund and instead requested that the order be remade, and asked whether it could be prepared by the time I arrived. The phillys are skimpy with the meat and then when you ask for extra meat, it’s a $3 up charge which is an increase over the last few months.
