The person at the register barely understands English and gets upset at me for asking about the price of items on the menu. Horrible customer service
This American deli location was awful. First of all the people that took my order. Don’t even speak. They just grunt. The food was terrible and when I asked for Yum Yum sauce they acted like I was crazy. Literally looks like a place that doesn’t even want to be in business.
If you like small wings, this is the place for you. When your order of fries outweighs a 10-piece Wing meal, something don't add up. They had to be pigeon wings. Philly cheese steak was good. Can't go wrong with wings. Open late which is great.
Pre-ordered on the american deli website which uses door dash. The order was missing an item whenpicked up. I returned to the store where I was told that refunds have to be processed through the app. I really just wanted the missing item, but they wouldn't provide it. I then issued the refund request through the app and the Marietta location denied the refund. Clearly, they have implemented processes to benefit off their screwup. Buyer Beware.
