Very bad smell when we talk in the restaurant
I finally went to this location after passing by it a million times, just to give it a try. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! The 2 girls at the counter LEXI AND LOYAL HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A FAST FOOD PLACE!!! These little girls ignored everyone speaking to them, took orders with straight attitudes, didn't respond when asked a question, ON TOP OF MY ORDER BEING WRONG!! Closed 35 mins early on a Friday night. Owner must not need to make money. So we gave our business to the Juicy Crab, next door. They are open until 11pm. And they gave excellent service. They have wings, too. American Deli, your not the only game in town.
Just got there and they closed the door as we walked to it. The girl at the counter was extremely rude, shooing us away. Did not even have the courtesy to come to the door and acknowledge a customer. I guess this is the treatment we have to get used to even after spending our money with them. Closing a whole 20 minutes earlier with a customer right there is beyond disrespectful.
