I ordered a 6-piece hot lemon pepper combo and was dissatisfied with the size and flavor of the wings. The wings were tough and had minimal sauce. I requested the cook to add more sauce, but she did not speak English. Fortunately, the cashier kindly added extra sauce to my wings. An embarrassment to the franchise. Orders are always late and constantly missing items. Last time I went they forgot my fries. The time before that, they forgot my wings. The time before that it was my chicken tenders. Had to stop getting it delivered because every time it would arrive my containers would have such large burn holes in them that my food would leak in the bag. I got shrimp fried rice and 10 wings. Paid $20. Only got 1 ranch and no refill on small drink. Never again.

I'm picky about my wings and my American Delis. This location has great customer service and the food is perfect!
