Unfortunately, the worst customer service in the business. You will never hear from anybody. Mind blowing. Fortunately, they are only mid-level and overpriced. And certainly not the only game in town. Chalk it up as a win that you don’t use them. If you want customer service or feel you will need it with your builds, I strongly advise against using American Defense Manufacturing. Plenty of options on the market and ever growing. These guys will get weeded out.

Phenomenal experience with Alex and Ryan. My buddy and I both purchased our first custom rifle and couldn’t be happier. Customer service was incredible and the quality of the builds was definitely top!

Finally broke down and paid a premium price for an ADM lower receiver. It came assembled with all the guts except the Ambi safety selector. Matched it with a complete ADM upper and saved $$$ from buying the finished rifle. And great personal service from their team (Ryan). Fortunate to have two great AR mfrs in Wisconsin - ADM and Bravo Company.
