In a world where customer service is everything this company fails miserably by taking days if not longer to answer questions. I absolutely loved their products and was in the process of changing everything in my safe over to adm. Would give zero stars if it would let me. My credit card was charged immediately for a defective item that was in stock that did not ship for 2 weeks. Once it arrived, I tried for 9 days to call and email to get resolution on the product that was defective. On the 10th day, I received a response to send in the item for inspection. At that point I had already machined down the item to fit my application and there was no point in sending it in. I was offered no apologies.
