I have a number of ADM scope mounts on my guns, and recently I noticed one of my quick releases popped open during a match as the latch wouldn't hold it closed. I emailed ADM customer service describing the issue, where Ryan Poeppel simply replied back asking for a photo of the levers. I sent him a photo back showing him my 10 year+ old mount. He replied back letting me know that I had the old style, and he would send out 2 of the new style levers for free. I received my new levers, springs, nuts about a week later. Simple a... read more

In a world where customer service is everything this company fails miserably by taking days if not longer to answer questions. I absolutely loved their products and was in the process of changing everything in my safe over to adm. Glad I only made it half way as I absolutely refuse to do business with a company who can't take the time to answer the phone for customers who have already spent a considerable amount of money with them.
