Would give zero stars if it would let me. My credit card was charged immediately for a defective item that was in stock that did not ship for 2 weeks. Once it arrived, I tried for 9 days to call and email to get resolution on the product that was defective. On the 10th day, I received a response to send in the item for inspection. At that point I had already machined down the item to fit my application and there was no point in sending it in. I was offered no apologies.
