Excellent customer service, reply me text right the way. Andy is very patient and knowledgeful, explain all the option for my house, really care about our concern with production time and pricing. We went for Combi Shade for the first floor and basswood blinds for the second floor. So many sample books and choices for us, but Andy did a great job to help us narrow it down. My restaurant is call China Wan Wan, I was going to order form Lowe’s because they are doing a sale for thanksgiving 50% off, my parent told me to get more quotes from others, so I call Chao.
