Trey and Donna saved our weekend trip down to the Twisted Sisters this past weekend by making an expedited repair on my front wheel bearings. Truly amazing people. Highly recommend stopping in to visit with them if you are in the Ingram area and especially if you are in need of a quality repair on your bike with first rate service. Trey and Donna, give us a call when you are ready to head to Lake Fork and stay with us at Secluded Lodge so we can return the favor.
Stopped in on Thursday last week and even though I was on the Honda this trip they took the time to check it over. He spent about 15 minutes and when I ask what I owed him his response was "nothing". Appreciated his time and help. Even the dog was friendly. These folks know what "service" is all about. Thanks

Had a rear wheel bearing go bad at 4 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. Even though they were closed, American Cycle Service put it on their lift and wrenched on it until late in the evening to make sure I could get back to Florida on the bike. Exceptional service and damn good people. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Great service! They stayed after hours on a Saturday to help a rider with a bad wheel bearing, for a shop to do this shows how dedicated they are to the riders in this area.if I didn't live so far away I would bring my bike to them for all services and repairs, thank guys!
We had a group of over 50 riders this weekend in Ingram and one of them had some bearing problems that would have stranded him over 1,000 miles from home for several days. The folks at American Cycle gladly reopened their shop and spent 4 hours repairing his bike and didn't take advantage of him on the late hours. The only thing I don't like is that I am too far away to give them all of my maintenance and repair business in the future!
Great service, friendly faces, got me back on the road in a hurry at a great price. Thanks for the hospitality.
