I purchased a vehicle from this dealership sister company Westlake Auto as-is, so I understood I was accepting the normal risks that come with buying a used vehicle. ***BEWARE*** The only reason I’m giving a 2 star is because they do allow you to take the vehicles to a mechanic. Make sure to take their vehicles to a mechanic before you purchase them because you will be surprised. They post high sticker prices and once you buy the vehicle, you’ll have to spend lots in repairs. Looked at a Range Rover and had over 5k worth of issues after mechanic put it on the machine. This place shares a location with Westlake Auto Credit LLC. Do not purchase or do any business with these manipulators!! They sell terrible, damaged cars and do not help their customers. I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase!! I bought a Mercedes GL 450 on 11/15. Not even 24 hrs after getting the vehicle, and just driving home (15.6 miles) the check engine light came on! Issue after issue, I’ve been understanding & patient but that hasn’t gotten me anywhere.
