Not a pleasant experience with this company. Stay away find the beer store company who would stand behind their product and has better reputation.

These guys are absolutely awesome and are very easy to work with. Communication was great, they were helpful and explained everything prior to starting work. The countertops look amazing and did not take forever to get done. Quote and final price was the same, no hidden fees of any kind. They did exactly what they said they'd do. We are very pleased with American Custom Countertops and will definitely use them again.

Started out great but, all downhill from there. Damaged new vanities, and faucets, luckily we were able to replace the faucets, had to buy undersink covers for bottom of cabinet to hide scratches. They cut the kitchen countertop incorrectly, then took hours to replace using material that I had planned to use for something else. Inexperience installers and the owner is underwater with his schedule and other businesses, so we were not a priority. Then, at the conclusion of the job the owner offered a $200.00 discount. These are the best and nicest people to work with! We had no idea what kind of countertops we wanted for our kitchen. Everyone at American Custom was patient and kind. They explained everything to us each step of the way. They told us the pros and cons of granite, marble and quartz so we could choose the surface that would be best for us. They helped us pick out a beautiful granite that would look good in our kitchen. Installation day was long - they carefully removed the old granite without gouging the walls.
