I've used American Cremation Services twice now and haven't had any issues at all. They took care of my loved ones end of life matters promptly and without any issues. They also offer the best prices in San Diego. I recommend their services.

Very unprofessional and not to mention disrespectful! I called this business and the rep answered the phone hello your calling me! I asked about the situation with my mothers cremation and I was put on hold for 20 min with out any apologies or empathy for the passing of my mom and the situation I am in. Each time I called this business I was given the run around and never a clear understanding of the next step in my mother’s passing. I would never recommend this business to anyone. I could not recomend American creamation on mission gorge road! sarah is rude & not very helpful. I had deaeth certicate From vital records 8 days before she got it & she never let me know she had it! If anything was not done or ready, she blamed it on the state, or crematory staff, very agressive! And didnot know who George was in her company who has all the great reviews! need more Geoeges and less Sarahs!
