Wish I could give a 0/0. The way I was spoken to my a member of “management” while trying to get a payment issue resolved was insane. Like I never in my life have been treated like dog crap by an organization that I’m paying my hard earned money to. It’s the like the agent was trying to provoke me after i repeatedly asked for the email they were trying to provide, almost like she got a kick out of me repeatedly asking and hearing me get more and more frustrated.
