I only gave 3 stars bc Kevin the manager top guy is awesome, new employees are not so sure how things work yet so that's frustrating sometimes and they talk about you like you're not sitting right in front of them. The place is clean and most of the time it's quick in and out. The new system has people who like it better and some who have had issues and frustrations. Kevin is usually as helpful as he can be so for that I gave 3 instead of two. I've had horrible experiences here and good so I'm in the middle on this one.
Scram department was very friendly and always willing to help as long as you were doing what you’re supposed to
Awesome staff!
They report false positives and don't list all meds u take when u take a test for them even if u bring the bottles to the test with u they say it will have no effect on the test
