This is definitely a five star company. . Jason, the technician who performed my service maintenance, was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, going above and beyond to assist me. The office staff was just as helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.
Called them on Friday after work and they were easy to get in touch with. Since I was not in a rush we agreed they would call me Monday so I don't have to have an after hours charge. They called Monday, my appointment was made for Tuesday (today) and the guy fixed it in under a minute. Prior to them coming I changed the capacitor myself as that is the most common problem but I never checked the FUSE and he knew it and changed it right away. Totally worth it to have a knowledgeable person come out and fix it so fast.
Josh got to work and finished in a timely manner.
