I called looking for coverage as I was comparing rates. The gentlemen straight up told me that if I’m not willing to tell him much I’m paying now for insurance he’s not going to help me and he’s not going to waste his time. To me that’s poor customer service and if your price is your price why does it matter how much I pay now? If you are selling insurance, do the work punch in the address, run the stats and give a quote, no other insurance company has ever treated me like this!
