Absolute trash... Don't trust paid reviews from family and friends.... I recently received a PC that he worked on and asked to fix his mistakes. The m.2 was bent and improperly installed... The original SSD that was "corrupted" was never removed just unplugged. I was able to repair it in a single night with minimal effort. The main issue was causing the so called corruption was overheating due to a dead fan and improper thermal paste application... First time going to ACW. I took in a new build computer, which Michael had up and running within an hour. I was expecting to leave it with him, but got to take back home with me instead. It is running perfect without any issues. He is a very nice young man, personable and enjoyed talking with him. He knows his/this business well and has been at 30+ yrs. Very knowledgeable and will explain to you. Michael will be my family's go-to computer specialist from now on. If I could give him 10 stars, I most definitely would.
Kind and helpful. A lot better than computer techs in Lexington. Fast service. Was able to diagnose and fix laptop quickly.
