I have been using ACE for more than 10 years, and they have saved my company thousands of dollars by accurately reviewing and negotiating estimates to come to a fair price for vehicle repairs. I was here about two and a half years ago. I was brought on as a direct hire. I was getting $14 an hour and that was quite low for what they wanted you to do. My biggest complaint was quite frankly this was by far the most UNWELCOMING environment I have ever had contact with in a work place! As a new employee your supervisor Shayna does not train you on everything so when you get out on the floor how can you expect to know what to do?
