David is very responsive and does a great job managing our large subdivision. His communication is professional and timely. Im very happy with his services.
David is extremely responsive. I own a property in Olive Tree Condos in Naperville, and he and his team have consistently addressed my tenants’ needs promptly. I’m grateful to have such a reliable caretaker for the condos. Most recently, David reached out regarding missing documentation for my rental unit and resolved the issue within an hour. Managing many units is not easy, and I truly appreciate the promptness and care he brings to his work.
David Conforti from RealManage is extremely competent and professional. I live at the Lofts, Lake Arlington Towne Community which he manages. Along with the current board and his management, we are finally seeing results and improvements!
Have been board president of a 60 unit association for just under 2yrs and have had such varied service I can’t make heads or tails of how or if any of their property managers are trained. Of course within a couple months of our contract auto renewal the service has taken a cliff dive too late for me to do anything about it. Feels like roulette; you just have to hope for the best and be prepared to basically self-manage if you choose this company.
