Not that we have a choice to work with them as they are a predatory HOA "service". They sent us a threatening letter that we owed on a bill that was on auto-pay. While attempting to gain more information and clarification, they outsourced my concern to South America and they were not able to assist. I asked for a call back but no one called me. Poor customer service. Call center has no idea about your property so bad advice given to homeowners and the irony it says all calls are recorded for Quality Assurance. When asked for said call to be pulled to review the wrong information provided by their employee they dont answer you or respond. Poor customer service based on no ethical principles and quality business standards. They refuse to admit flaseholds being told ro property owners despite the evidence of the recorded calls they wont address. I would not recommend ... read more

Horrible communication. Just logged in to pay my monthly assessment and saw there is a “tech service fee” of $1.95 for using eCheck. This is a new charge. There was no notification or advance warning of this change.
