Wow - Jen and Romario in the Lake Park Plaza Condo management office have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to assist me. So grateful to know they are there when I need them!
If I could give less than one star, I would. The absolute worst experience ever for our community. The Board nicknamed this company "RealDamage" because of their impenetrable bureaucracy, incompetence and extreme arrogance. The last several months before canceling our contract we requested and received only financial services. The reason for our request was that we'd had 4 property managers in less than one year's time.
