Have been board president of a 60 unit association for just under 2yrs and have had such varied service I can’t make heads or tails of how or if any of their property managers are trained. Of course within a couple months of our contract auto renewal the service has taken a cliff dive too late for me to do anything about it. Feels like roulette; you just have to hope for the best and be prepared to basically self-manage if you choose this company.

Jen A at Lake Park Plaza Chicago is the best property manager I have ever worked with. Her core management and organizational skills are superb. I am the community HOA president of a 140 unit complex. We have been through a number of management companies in the last several years.
