Katty Gomez is a gem!! She is assistant to Deborah our CAM, and they work so well together! Katty is responsive, taking action when needed, able to handle our residents and does so professionally! She worked on two projects managing spreadsheets and keeping our community on task! She helps Deborah and ultimately their partnership helps our Association.

Absolutely horrible customer service & response time. They do not care about tenants. My car was towed because they say my parking placard was in the car. I emailed them say day and never received a response. 3 weeks later I sent a followup email. They responded a day later saying the placard was not in the window. It doesnt matter that my plate is registered to the address and completed a parking permit previously. I was simply out of $300.
