American Communities has completely ignored its property (Sunrise by the Park) in Houston. DO NOT EVER LIVE AT A PROPERTY OWNED BY THEM!!!! Also ignore all those 5 star ratings! they are definitely fake, its weird how they get that many 5 star ratings all at the same time on the same day....... Very poor communication.
I have been trying to feel happy about my move-in at The Grand on Memorial, but I can't. I am really upset because my unit was not properly prepared before I moved in. I signed my lease in June and moved in on Friday, but the cleaning crew did not arrive until the morning of my move. Even after their cleaning, the apartment was still filthy because your team failed to complete the make-ready process. Stay far away from any property’s this company owns. They’re very predatory and don’t actually care about their leadership on property and their tenants. My 10 months in their property was an absolute nightmare:
