Warning! American communities allows their apartment managers to evict you for leaving negative reviews, despite the fact that that is illegal in Texas under Texas property code 92.331. And they do not return your phone call when you call them to save that manager from herself as she is breaking the law. This is how American communities properties are managed, and apparently their property managers feel entitled to refuse to answer the residence calls or respond to them in a timely manner or even talk to them. American Communities has completely ignored its property (Sunrise by the Park) in Houston. The building has lost most of its tenants because the company refuses to acknowledge any of the problems. I dont understand why it is so hard to fix the issues? The building is a decade old and nothing has been done to remodel or repair anything. The residents have been reporting everything to the city just to get their attention. DO NOT EVER LIVE AT A PROPERTY OWNED BY THEM!!!!
