I contracted with Keith Powell who is the owner of American Commercial Construction and Development company, in June 2020 for a metal roof in clay color. What I got was the wrong color on the roof it was more of a beige. Keith Powell put in writing that they would be out the beginning of November to repaint the roof in the clay color that is on the brochure and documented on the contract.
