I was expecting an easy process and it was all done quickly in under four hours with care taken to place the unit on our uneven ground. Technician described the new system vs our old model, I liked that.
The old technicians had a hard time diagnosing the problem. The technician was able to identify a corroded valve causing the problem and replaced it in an hour. It’s good they investigated for any other possible problems before they left too.
I was wary of upselling, but the tech did just what was scheduled and was out of here in about an hour. He detected a minor fault with the compressor, explained it thoroughly and fixed it at no extra expense.
The problem turned out to be a faulty thermostat on my portable A/C, which they replaced in under an hour after confirming it with some diagnostic tests. While it took a second visit to get the right part, the unit is now running smoothly without further issues.
