I had an extremely disappointing experience with ACI. After turning on our restaurant’s AC unit at the start of the 2024 season and finding it was not functioning properly, we relied exclusively on ACI to diagnose and fix the system. Over the course of multiple visits, they failed to resolve the issue. Despite their repeated assessments and repairs, the AC unit remained non-functional.
