ACI is mismanaged and impossible to work with literally. We have used JPG in the past with excellent results, but after the merger I cannot schedule an appointment. I have called 3 times (2 too many) to schedule a simple site visit. I finally had my call returned after the 3rd by someone that said "I don't handle scheduling but someone who does will call you. I had an extremely disappointing experience with ACI. After turning on our restaurant’s AC unit at the start of the 2024 season and finding it was not functioning properly, we relied exclusively on ACI to diagnose and fix the system. Over the course of multiple visits, they failed to resolve the issue. Despite their repeated assessments and repairs, the AC unit remained non-functional. They installed two 2 mil BTU boilers several years ago and they're great thus far. Service is good. technicians are union trained.
