I wish I was able to put zero……. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!Worst business I’ve ever dealt with!!!!! Tow truck driver ruined my transmission on a 2019 Jeep Renegade. Since when in the history of vehicle engineering, can you pull an all wheel drive vehicle that has an entire electrical emergency brake system????? All wheel drive all wheels have to be Moving and of course they weren’t. This company’s tow truck driver pulled my Jeep so much (it was backed in) my transmission could not hold. Girl at front window did a very good job of explaining there format. And got my friends stuff out without issue. Im sure they deal with rude people daily. Great work.
The worst of the worst, the people are rude and just sad. Nothing positive can be said, literally avoid at all costs. The front desk lady and the ladies who answer the phone are beyond rude and obviously hate their lives. If I could rate 0, I would. Nothing but hate
