I've been trying to get my vehicle that's been fully paid off for 4 days now and they have some AI machine that takes the calls. I get emails from them saying the lender hasn't given them a release but the lender tells me they have given the release AND have sent multiple emails about it. All my online appointments are denied because they can't get their shit together!!!
This company is horrible and unprofessional. I surrendered a car back to Exeter and when the company came to get it they hit my dodge dart multiple times with the back of the truck. The driver IMMEDIATELY quit trying to get the other car and sped off. But they didnt realize I have cameras all around and caught the company they were with. And from these other reviews it seems this company is straight trash and shame on Exeter for using them.
On 3/16/2026 at about 10pm, there was an individual driving a black ford maverick with temp tags and plate readers attached to the bed, that I passed on 291s in Lees Summit. This very individual, heavier set white male, wearing a ball cap, then followed me to my buddies apartment complex and very awkwardly drove around the area in which he lived.
