Allows ransomware on their computer systems. I got a notice in then the mail today. They should have had a better security system setup before getting hacked and everyone's private information being stolen. This is the 2nd notice from the 2nd company I have gotten within a month letting me know they failed at keeping people's private information. Spend the money and do better with cyber security!

Went to a new dr who did a routine urine test. Just got a statement from my insurance that this company billed $2, 350 for a ROUTINE URINE TEST!! OMG! First and last visit to this doctor.
