This is not right even if you have an appointment, they take a couple hours to get you loaded seems like they only have one forklift guy ...welcome to Laredo where some they don't want to do their job 😡
Checked in at 9:30am it’s 12:30pm and they still have not started loading me yet. The forklift drivers went on break and the warehouse is a ghost town. There are 5 trucks including my own waiting to be loaded but they haven’t even started loading any of us. Reason why I am giving two stars is because they parking is easy. Don’t know how long I have to wait but it’s killing my HOS.
