This company is the worst. I made an appointment with Alex who was very nice on the phone, but that is the only nice thing I can say about this company. He told me in the morning that he would have a plumber out between 12:00 am and 4:00pm the plumber showed up at 6:00pm no follow up from Alex. I had to call several times to try to get an ETA.
