Amazing service from Alex, Roxie and Eric! They had to come out and help with a leak issue that could’ve been potentially super huge. I went with this company through my home warranty, and they did an amazing job they were very thorough, They kept me informed of the whole process with my home warranty and outside of my home warranty. I highly recommend this company. They have excellent customer service and communication skills, are great at what they do, and are hardworking. They fixed all my pipe problems and prevented future leaks by noticing that the water pressure was way too high. They spent the whole day at my place, and I have peace of mind knowing that I won't have to be concerned about my plumbing maintenance for a while!

Horrible company! Tried to scam my home warranty with work that didn’t need to be done. Not knowing that I already had a report on file replacing 2 1/2 feet of pipe in the wall. They tried to tell the home warranty that they needed to replace 10 feet of pipe. They were trying to sell me other products saying why don’t you repipe your entire home. Saying that my water pressure would probably be low and need the home repiped, not knowing that the insurance company just had that test done as well and I have a copy. They are sca... read more

If I could’ve given them a negative -1 I would have. I was assigned this company by Home Warranty of America. Appt set up for Friday between 11-3. Did not hear from them until Friday at 5 stating they’d be at my home on Saturday between 10-2. No show or call on Saturday. Until I contacted Home Warranty of America who had to reach out to them because they would not answer the phone or respond to ANY of my calls or texts.
