Brought in our 1999 Suburban for squeaking brakes. We just had them serviced at a brake shop, so wanted to take it to the dealer to fix the brake shops work. They called the next to have it picked up, and told us, I kid you not, “it’s an old truck so it’s going to make noise”. These brakes HOWL and there this is NOT “an old truck making noise” What total BS. It’s not new so they don’t want to work on it. I doubt they even removed the wheels. Service guy was grumpy too.
