I would highly recommend American Cedar & Millwork (ACM) for all your home improvement needs. We replaced several windows and a patio door. The ACM team from the initial inquiry/measuring/estimate/order (Jeremie Baldwin, Steve Patton) to the install was fantastic to work with. That is the place to shop for windows, doors, cabinets, hardware. Don't waste your time looking for better supplier. The variety and the quality of the products are unbelievable, whatever your dreams are - they have it. Customer service above and beyond. Constant communication and extremely knowledgeable in EVERY DEPARTMENT. Windows, Doors, Cabinets, Siding, decking, Trim and a whole lot more. Gregg Lonaberger is truly one of the best sales reps in our area.
I ordered hardware and just received it after three months. They lost one order, neglected to tell me that it arrived in the first place and then it was the wrong order. The replacement was delayed in ordering until I reminded them. And then,after it arrived, I had to call the repeatedly before they finally got it to me. I don’t know what’s wrong there but I would not trust them to follow up on anything.
