I had used the company several years before with good service. The guy came to my door, said he was the son of the man who had done the work before. He asked if I wanted the carpet cleaned and coincidentally, I did. He asked for 1/2 down as a deposit. I wrote him a check. He was supposed to come a week later and do the job. The worst carpet cleaning I have ever had - they left 90% of the cleaning solutions in the carpet and made it worse than it was before they came - they are not honest company - they over charged as well $350 for 3 rooms.
