I have nothing but good to say about everyone that I’ve ever encountered at any of your offices that staff has been more than courteous and helpful and the doctors are compassionate, kind, caring and knowledgeable. They have given myself and my mother stellar Care many times and several times have saved my mother‘s life. Nathan is an outstanding front desk representative at American Care. I had the pleasure of speaking with him, and he was truly amazing in assisting me and making sure all my needs were met. His professionalism, patience, and respectful demeanor stood out immediately. Nathan went above and beyond to help me, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the people he serves. He truly deserves recognition and so much more within that office.
I’ve been going to American Care in Winter Haven for a while now, and I’m really happy with the service. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always make me feel welcome. The doctors take their time to listen and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. Scheduling appointments is easy, and I’ve never had to wait too long to be seen. The office is clean, and everything feels well-organized. Overall, great care and great people!
Best doctor office
This place is a shame. I tried to make a patient portal for my relative and this is how the receptionist answers. I’m in the portal now? Hello what do you need? I need help setting up the patient portal I don’t have password or username. Is that all ? she responds. Yes I said then she proceeds to hang up. I call her again she says she doesn’t know and to call later.
