I saw all the comments on how clean this place is. Well that’s about it. I have stepped in for my 78 yr old mother’s care. And I’m appalled. She sits and waits for extended time. Her legs are swollen. Feet hurt but yet there are always 20 and upwards more waiting. She has never been seen on actual appt time and while I understand being bust these are our most vulnerable.
