I have called several days in a row have went to the business several days in a row they must be out of business because nobody responds and nobody is ever there
This is the worst place to get a car from. My fiancé and I have been calling multiple times a day since January 24 to find out why our usual payment has tripled with no answer from anyone. Not one soul and spoken to us. We have both spent hours on hold waiting for someone to talk to us and explain what’s going on. We have left voicemails and emailed. I bought my car from here it’s still running no issues there what I’m upset about is how predatory this was I was told I’m purchasing this vehicle but actually they are leasing it to me which wasn’t explained why I would I lease a used car? The salesman saw a young kid and took advantage very shameful
I took my daughter to this place and she came out and said the salesman needs to run her credit. I was like you were suppose to be getting a price on the car you like, so I proceeded to get out of car and ask the guy for a price on the car and he said he can’t give price until he runs the credit. Where they do that at? So I asked in general can you give me a range for the cars? He said 18,000 and up, I told my daughter to get in my car.
