Hopefully they’re out of business for good and they’re never able to scam people again. The customer service people in Memphis were rude as hell and turned customers car off for being a dollar short. I paid my car off and they came to repo it and told me to pay $8,000 more. Please don’t do any more business.
i had a car with this company, the car was stolen and you all retrieved it after you was scared to get it for 4 months. I do not owe you $13,000. all your lots are closed and you filed for bankruptcy take it off my credit. you got your car and you sold it in 2020
Since this new company took over! I can’t get anyone on the phone it’s all a voice recording and I called 3 dealerships and it all leads me to this 1 recording and I can’t create a new account with the new company because it’s telling me my info does not match what’s on file so I can’t even pay my car payment!! This is crazy and ridiculous for a company to do that and never tell the people that are making payments so now we look bad cause we can’t get into our accounts or get someone on the phone to pay our car note!! Very shady company ! They just went bankrupt this week and fired their employees. They don’t tell you these cars are leases and you have to pay an additional $3500 at the end of the lease. No car lot will trade these cars in. I hope the Attorney General’s sue them.
I have purchased a car from American car center, when I got it I was so happy, everyone in the office was very friendly, all a front, I call a lady a week ago to inquire about my title, I was told that at the end they will sale me my title to me, a balloon payment, I said OMG, I have been paying for the car for almost three years, and now they said, no you're just on a lease plan, OMG, but when a good friend told me this when I got it, I called to make sure that this will be my car after I paid my last payment, at that time ... read more
