They are TERRIBLE I would not EVERY recommend this car place to ANYONE they have TERRIBLE customer service they DO NOT answer phone calls the manger Joey is TERRIBLE he does not return phone calls he’s a LIAR DO NOT GO TO AMERICAN CAR CENTER ON BELL ROAD BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT they also let me drive off the car lot in my brand new car without insurance which I wanted insurance but JOEY THE MANGER told me to just get the insurance as soon as I can and told me to not worry about it
Got a 2012 Chevy Malibu shortly after I got the check engine light was in and off took the car up there they told me to go to auto and have them plug up the computer. It kept saying misfire on cylinder 2. So I bought a new gas cap, still the same problem. They kept telling me to go to auto zone a while goes by and come to find out one of my cylinders is barely working. Great staff and super friendly. Didnt expect to get a new car. Walked in and was really easy approval even with my bad credit. I left in a 2014 ford fusion and extremely happy. I highly recommend american car center thanks again.
Con artists at their worst. They will falsify documents. Breach their own contracts. Make you pay more than what the car is worth. The managerJose is the most unprofessional, rude, dismissive and egregious person you could ever work with. Stay away from this company. Not just this location then entire company.
Nice low mileage vehicles with ez financing! The cars come with a warranty and its included!
