they have a very nasty attitude except for mrs pearl. no customer service. come to work looking like they have no hygiene. stupid as hell. never getting a car from them
I financed a 2015 Kia Forte with them in Aug 2019. The motor went out in the vehicle in June 2020. The vehicle stayed in the shop a couple wks. I had to get a rental which costs me over $700 for 2 wks, meanwhile they expected me to pay for the rental myself, continue to pay my car note while the vehicle was in the shop and I had to pay a $250 deductible for a used motor they put in my car with a 6-month warranty..mind you I havent had this car a year and with a 6 month warranty on this used motor, what if it goes out again a... read more

Amazing customer service. Newer cars with lower mileage and an easy application process. Also they have a referral incentive if you send your friends and family! I got like $200!!
