So, I purchased a car, and my car remote stopped working a week and a half after I made my purchase. I tried to go to return to go had them take care Of it but the lot looked abandoned which was odd to me. I went ahead and got my remote fixed. We got our vehicle in December 2022. Now they have gone out of business without any notice. Will be filing a complaint & lawsuit.
I have my car for less than 30 days and I started having problems with it so after it had been 5 weeks my car completely stopped the running it says my transmission pressure is low American Car Center went bankrupt and sold the company and so the warranty I got on my engine and transmission is now voided because of that so I'm stuck paying for a car payment on a car that I can't use and now Westlake is telling me I still need to make my payments and I'm responsible for the maintenance on my car I gave them so much money just... read more
