Just showed up middle of a weekday at 2pm for a simple tire patch, entire shop was closed up for the day even though hours say open till 5. Wont bother coming back.
Called and he asked for me to show up in the morning when he opened which I did. I mentioned to him I needed an emissions TSI or OBD test and claimed that I was trying to tell him his job. Pretty much treated me rudely and with disrespect. Worst of all I could tell he was being a tad racist for the way he talked to me (latinos avoid this shop). I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Mark is terribly rude. I went in to ask if they could put some air in my trailers tires. I would have happily paid them. I had just picked up a heavy item and I just wanted to add a bit of air. The tires were not low. Mark was so rude in explaining the policies they have and how I was wasting my time. Called them to see if they would take checks, they asked me which car is mine. I told them I wanting to bring my car in, Mark told me as a policy they don't take checks, so I said thank you very much and then he hung up on me before I could continue. Needless to say I won't be taking my car here if they don't have the customer service skills to hear the needs of their customers and allow them to ask all the questions they have to ask before they hang up in your face... I was referred to MACCC by people I trust. After I had committed to bring my car in for a number of items the dealership (Howdy Honda) told me were in need of repair I saw the negative review here. Having heard about others experiences and talking to Mark at great length, I figured this bad review was bogus.
