American Capital Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. They installed Class IV shingles and completed the project quickly without cutting corners. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and a smooth experience.
This place is falling apart due to poor management. The staff is untrained and has no idea what they are doing. I was given wrong information several times. The service was delayed without any valid reason. It’s clear that there is no leadership or quality control here. I am shocked that they are still in business with this kind of attitude. Total lack of ethics and transparency. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Extremely bad service."
"I feel deceived by this business. What they promise and what they deliver are two different things. The service was of the lowest possible quality. Every step of the way was a struggle. They are quick to take your money but slow to provide any actual service. The staff is poorly behaved and lacks basic manners. I am deeply regretful for choosing them. Please do your research and find a more reliable alternative. One star only."
