Elizabeth and Michael did great! Very welcoming and helped me through the moving process. Very grateful for them!
I recently had to move apartments on very short notice, and Michael made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. He was kind, understanding, and quick to respond. I was even able to tour apartments with him the same day I first called. He worked quickly to help me get everything set up and made sure I understood each step of the process. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference during a hectic time.
I would not recommend American Can Apartments based on my experience. Communication was one of the biggest issues—we could rarely get anyone to answer the phone, and getting clear answers was extremely difficult. Throughout the application process, additional fees seemed to appear that were never clearly explained upfront. I have never given bad reviews for a place that I have lived in, but this time I will make an exception. I suggest highly that you do not move here, I know you might be convinced from the move in specials That are always given, but this is a honest review and not a bitter one. The staff hands are tied do to the lack of concern or care from the management company.
