This complex deserve five stars because of its property manager, Derrick. I am a resident that has high expectations for this beautiful property in terms of maintenance, security, and cleanliness. Though the old building does provide some quirks, this management team goes above and beyond to address issues and truly cares about its residents. They are even replacing large parts of our plumbing system to minimize future disruptions, as well as increasing security measures. Some residents can be inconsiderate, like leaving dog... read more

I lived at the American Can Apartments for five years, from 2017 to early 2022.
