Beautiful property, the updates are amazing. Can’t wait to move in.
This complex deserve five stars because of its property manager, Derrick. I am a resident that has high expectations for this beautiful property in terms of maintenance, security, and cleanliness. Though the old building does provide some quirks, this management team goes above and beyond to address issues and truly cares about its residents. I lived at the American Can Apartments for five years, from 2017 to early 2022. While it had its ups and downs, I always felt like I was getting great value — especially for the location in Mid-City near the bayou, the amenities like the gym, and the overall vibe of the neighborhood. American can has always been amazing, but recently got a major facelift. This place is awesome.
