It's clear that no one likes to answer the phone here.
I moved in 3 months ago and enjoy the American Can apartments! The unique look and floor plans, the resort like pool area, and pet friendly atmosphere are great. The employees, Elizabeth, Michael, Derrick, and Matt are all welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Its outlandish that they charge you 210$ application fees first. Then they claim they have 30+ floor plans but 99% of them are not available due to renovation ongoing. That you only come to know once you tour the building. When u find the plan you want they dont have availability per you move in dates even if you are flexible a bit. Till now they have not run your background check/screening for which they charged you 210$ . When asked to withdraw the application and refund the money, they say it’s un refundable.
