I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Jerry at American Camper Shells & Vans was beyond frustrating. I ordered a Snug top Rebel camper shell back on May 8, 2025 and I was given delivery date estimate of 5-6 weeks for my camper shell. I contacted Jerry serval times over the next few weeks, but he was either off for the day or out of office and I would never receive a phone call back. Couldn't be happier with my new AMP Research Power Steps. My wife recently injured her back and had difficulty getting in and out of my Jeep Wrangler. Power Steps seemed to be a good option and wow, they work great and look super cool. Hats off to Jerry and his technician Martin. They had the steps in stock so I was able to get them installed within a few days of calling. Everyone there was very professional and courteous and the staff went above and beyond to make the process go super smoothly.
