Jay and his assistant inspected a house we are looking to purchase recently. They did a great job and provided tons of useful information. Sometimes you take buying a house for granted and expect the obvious and little things to all work properly.. Think again! They found several problems that I would've never checked when buying a house. Well worth the money ( general, pest, and radon). Provided several emails with clear photos and tons of documentation.. Thank you for the help!
Jay was very thorough and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He spent time to explain every detail of issues, and potential future issues, and gave me a very detailed, yet easy to understand report at the end. I would absolutely recommend Jay, and American Building Inspections Inc.
