Scammed a 73 yr old disabled vet. Charged over 10k to repipe my house, Flooded the house doing shoddy work, and never repiped my house, just changed the angle stops on top. I can't get under my house to inspect, but another plumber discovered the fraud. Photo below is over 100 feet of piping dated 1996 that the second plumber found, most dated 1996.!!!!
