Terrible place to try to work. Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. Rude in front of your customers. Has imaginary HR department of 3-4ppl with rules ideas and guidelines that make no sense for you as a stylist or even them as a business. Nobody is on the same page and hire can you pretend to be HR with someone who’s self employed lol then take sides because yall all friends and family. Do not go here. She is so unprofessional And unaccountable. Blaming her other client for wanting a different style. And not booking her time for longer. I booked online and she did not tell me that I’d be waiting 2 hours for her to start my braids. Got there on time for no reason. Don’t even try to reach out to me and reschedule. Basic straight to the back. Once she finished the 2nd out of 8 braids, she mentioned she needed to go pick up her kids. Left me at the shop alone. See pic. Super unprofessional.
